Changes to our EULA and Privacy Policy

As part of the expansion of ODIN PASS to include new user groups, we have made some changes to our End User Licence Agreement and Privacy Policy.

When agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that ODIN PASS now has the ability to approve the inclusion and/or exclusion of additional user groups as being eligible to join ODIN PASS, and specify the parties to which ODIN PASS shares the data of these user groups, without requiring an update to the specific terms of our EULA and Privacy Policy.

Instead of needing to update our EULA and Privacy Policy each time we onboard and/or remove an approved user group, these documents now reference ODIN PASS’s Approved Customer Cohort and Third Party Research Partner Index, which is publicly available here.

Please also note that the “Use and disclosure” section of our privacy policy has been updated to include that we may disclose personal information about you to relevant Third Party Research Partners specified for an Approved Customer Cohort for their further research and analysis purposes, as specified in ODIN PASS’s Approved Customer Cohort and Third Party Research Partner Index.

This Index will be updated each time ODIN PASS adds and/or removes an approved user group from our program. In the instance of the removal of an approved user group, all affected users will be notified in advance, and this removal will have no impact on any benefit owed under an ODIN PASS bundle that has been purchased by an eligible customer belonging to this user group. Any user group being removed from the platform will be provided with appropriate notice.
